How Sam Can Help You
Sam is warm, supportive, and present for his clients, believing that therapy is most effective when it centers one's lived experience. Whether you're a parent navigating the ups and downs of childrearing or a child processing big emotions, Sam tailors each session to your unique needs and goals. He has supported clients facing anxiety, trauma, and family relationship difficulties, and is committed to helping families strengthen connection and resilience by showing up authentically and working together toward healing. Sam draws from evidence-based practices including Symbolic Experiential Family Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Attachment Theory to create a safe, empathetic space for healing and growth.
