Kimi Alberico, LMSW

Kimi Alberico joined ACGC in March 2025, and is a warm, non-judgmental, and relational therapist. In her role, Kimi helps provide therapeutic services and mental health consultations to child development center staff, teachers, and caregivers to support the social-emotional development of young children. She received her BSW from the University of South Florida in 2020 and MSW from Texas State University in 2023. Kimi enjoys providing psychoeducation to clients and families, working to help them understand mental health and therapy interventions, and to know they are not alone.
In her free time, Kimi reads, listens to music, goes to concerts around Austin, and enjoys moving her body. In particular, she loves doing yoga, dance, and boxing classes to relieve stress and stay healthy while having fun!

As a therapist, Kimi has experience helping families with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, attachment issues, and trauma. She is trained in approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Trust-Based Relational Intervention, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
