Our Board

Fred Cohagan has over 20 years of experience in commercial and trading/risk management functions in oil and gas operating companies, IOUs, IPPs and energy-commodity trading platforms.  His prior work includes both domestic and international experience starting as a US-focused environmental risk analyst through to his current role as Industry Principal and Global Head of Energy, GTM for Snowflake.  Fred holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Occidental College, an M.E.M in Resource Economics from Duke University and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.  A native of Austin, and the great grandson of the first generation of his family to move to Austin from East Texas, Fred is excited to contribute to the Austin and Central Texas mission of ACGC.
